KAYSEN凱森容積泵概述
利用泵缸內容積的變化來輸送液體的泵。
往復泵：
往復泵是利用活塞的往復運動來輸送液體的泵，靠活塞的往復運動將能量直接以靜壓能的形式傳送液體。由于液體是不可壓縮的，所以在活塞壓送液體時，可以使液體承受很高的壓強，從而獲得很高的揚程。
轉子泵：
轉子泵由靜止的泵殼和旋轉的轉子組成，它沒有吸入閥和排出閥，靠泵體內的轉子與液體接觸的一側將能量以靜壓力形式直接作用于液體，并借旋轉轉子的擠壓作用排出液體，同時在另一側留出空間，形成低壓，使液體連續(xù)吸入。轉子泵的壓頭較高，流量通常較小，排液均勻，適用于輸送粘度高，具有潤滑性，但不含固體顆粒的液體。類型有齒輪泵、螺桿泵、滑片泵，撓性葉輪泵、羅茨泵、旋轉活塞泵等，其中齒輪泵和螺桿泵是最常見的轉子泵。
主要特點：
●具有離心泵運轉的平穩(wěn)性，無噪聲（僅聽到電機聲)，無漏油現(xiàn)象，不需污油回收裝置及水冷卻等附屬設備；
●具有容積式泵效率高的特點，且壓力變化時排量恒定（定速)；
●泄漏點少、維護量小、維修費用低、維修時間短，但是螺桿泵主要用于輸送高粘度的油品，輸送稀油的效率比較低，且出口壓力不能過高，否則內漏增加，影響泵的安全使用，同時螺桿泵對流量的變化適應差，對于流量變化大的管道需要設置變頻器等額外設備來調整泵流量。
主要應用：
適用介質有汽油、柴油、煤油，還有專門設計特殊介質中使用的潛油泵，如100%甲醇、100%乙醇、超過15%甲醇汽油、異丙醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯等。
