KAYSEN凱森羅茨風機概述
羅茨風機具有中等負載，*風量5709m3/h，*功率為117KW。同步斜齒輪結構使風機具有更低的噪音及平穩(wěn)的運行狀態(tài)。重載荷金屬支架軸承使風機在較高的載荷工況下依舊保持*的性能表現和更長的壽命。密封采用機械密封結構，確保其密封性更加優(yōu)秀。該系列風機可以選擇水平安裝或者垂直安裝啦滿足不同的工況。

主要特點：
風機采用活塞環(huán)密封設計能夠滿足高轉速的要求，*轉速可達3000rpm，所有與密封面接觸的軸端面都經過拋光處理，以減少密封面的磨損，并降低其泄漏風險。擺線式葉輪線性設計能夠輸送更高壓力的氣體，*壓力可達1.05bar（g)。齒輪材質全部為熱處理后的合金鋼，分體式齒輪設計更便于安裝拆卸。另外特殊的殼體設計，即使在輸送高壓力氣體時也無需水冷。
